how do I deposit via credit / debit card?

  • Login to your account tradersroom page
  • Click on the “Deposit & Withdrawal”  button at the left sidebar of your screen.
  • Click on Visa / MasterCard button
  • Choose the currency and the amount

You will then be redirected into our SafeCurrency payment widget.

  1. Click on the necessary files, click continue
  2. Enter your phone number
  3. Enter the text message code
  4. Verify yourself (only for the first time deposits)
  5. Enter your credit card information,
  6. 3D Secure code

Your Monyxa account should be credited with the funds within minutes. If your deposit is not approved for any reason, you will be notified via email.

Here are some notes to keep in mind when depositing by credit / debit card:

  • Monyxa accepts credit and debit payments from the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, Maestro.
  • Only debit cards that can receive funds and have a CVV code are accepted.
  • The credit / debit card MUST belong to the Monyxa account holder.
